Samsung Galaxy user FOR LIFE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been a Samsung user since the Galaxy S4 and I will continue to be a Samsung user. Every phone I've had since, has been better and better. I normally only have to upgrade my phone due to user error (I dropped them!) or because the newer model had more great things. I can't imagine going to any other model then Samsung.

Great Phone Overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Galaxy series. I have owned nothing else since the S7. The 24+ is great with 2 exceptions: 1 - the form factor is too large. There are too many things that I can't comfortably do with only one hand; 2 - the touch sensitivity is glitchy. A lot of times while I'm trying to slide-type a message, it just stops responding to my thumb and I have to switch hands to finish the message.
I haven't really had too much use for the AI features yet but I hope to find them valuable at some point.
