Strong, Consistent, Good Phone

Performance and Features Are Amazing!

Along with the 7 years of updates and Android 14 fixes the S24 Plus is the perfect phone now. The customization is amazing and gets you going far more efficiently than the competition. I've had no issues and everything is fantastic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device and it's AI features seem to be made for each other! From live translation between my co-workers, to ambient wallpapers giving me live weather updates via animations! I love it, it's more convenient than you know! The many battery optimization options not only saves my battery's live in the long run.. short term, it helps my battery stay healthy and charged throughout the day, even with normal usage! This product has never been better!

Disappointed

As a loyal Samsung user, I recently purchased the new Samsung S24+. However, I must admit I am very disappointed with its camera performance. I noticed that when I take a picture with my old Samsung phone, the S23F, and use the 'remaster' option, the picture quality improves significantly. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for my new Samsung S24+ as the picture quality seems to be worse in comparison. This has left me feeling very let down by my purchase and I hope Samsung can address this issue to ensure customer satisfaction.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. Your S24+ comes with a 12MP Selfie Camera and a triple Rear Camera consisting of a 50MP Wide-angle Camera with 2x optical quality zoom, 12MP Ultra-Wide Camera and 10MP 3x Optical Zoom Camera. You can use portrait mode on 2x and 3x zoom to take dynamic close-ups. Even in low light, you can take shots with reduced noise thanks to Nightography and the new ProVisual engine enhances detail and color for clear, vibrant high-resolution photos, even at digital zoom distances. The camera uses AI Zoom to take better zoom photos. You can use AI to edit images, like Generative Edit, which can fill in backgrounds and move, resize or erase objects. Live Translate lets you communicate in other languages over the phone. If you choose, you are able to disable or only allow on-device processing for the AI features. There is also a "master switch" to disable all cloud-based processing for the Galaxy AI features. Settings->Advanced Features->Galaxy AI.
