[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very disappointed, when my phone is ground and the charging board disconnected from the motherboard, causing the board to be frightened as well. That's happened twice and GALAXY S21...prior...now the GALAXY S24. So with my new S24 plus game and it got a correct screen on both sides. I took it to the kiosk. I got a $121 for it. Because I felt like it would be better to just get what I can from it instead of paying for another replacement phone. It would have you know, it's cost too much money and it's only a simple wire that you guys are really disconnected. And it's really hurting service for customers to stay with you right now. I'm on at A15 and I had A16. I've always been loyal to Samsung. But Samsung has not always been loyal to its customers. Was giving quality Equipment in software and malware Instead , they go for a look and the boxes are always pretty to look at, but if the product is TAINTED, why continuously waste my hard hard earned money...on a COSMONAUT...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Streaming- very good hands on The issue is with over heating and battery life , when it hits 5% it will automatically shut down if you are on a call or using it. This is unlike the other models that I have used that literally go until 1 %

Smooth Performance, Great Battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a mom to five kids, so my phone is used for games, streaming, calls, texts, and (my personal fave) reading/audiobooks!
I love that there is no performance lag, and that I can smoothly transition from one app to the next. My charge holds up well, and my phone gets a lot of use without rushing to a charger.
I have used the galaxy AI feature to create cute backgrounds and for internet searches. Circle search is my most used bonus!
Most of all, I love that my sound quality is so good. I can hear my notifications, ringtone, and calls clearly. I have no issues with static sounds on my streaming or audiobooks.
I have been a galaxy user since 2014, and don't know that I could ever leave them behind.
