The S24+ is designed for excellent performance, featuring a larger Vapor Chamber that includes an enhanced heat dissipation system, allowing you to game at peak performance. In addition, compared to their predecessors, the Galaxy S24 has a 4000mAh (typical) battery, which is 100mAh more than the Galaxy S23. Similarly, the Galaxy S24+ comes with a 4900mAh (typical) battery, offering 200mAh more than the Galaxy S23+. We hate to see that you've experienced some freezing while using your phone. To resolve this, please manually download updates by navigating to and opening Settings on your device. Then, swipe to and tap Software update or System updates (the option may vary by model) and tap Download and install or Check for software updates. If an update is available, it will begin downloading; for some devices, you may need to tap Download now. After the download is complete, follow the on-screen instructions to install the update. You can also check for updates using Smart Switch. After the update, use your device normally to check if the previous issues have been resolved. This was such a great step up from the Galaxy S9+. Perfect size, fast charging, quick response, and battery last longer than my previous phone. The conversion from the old to the new was quick and easy. In fact, much easier than I anticipated with the built in Smart Switch app. Great price on the trade in made it a no brainer for me.
