In general the phone was not that bad, but the camera wasn’t working as well as I expected, especially at night. Adding to that, the battery performance was horrible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I jumped from a S10+ 128gb to this one S24+ 512gb so of course I'm gonna find this one amazing. I like the design and functionality; this is why I decided to move to this one right away and so far so good.

Fantastic phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had pretty much every generation of Samsung phone since the Galaxy S4 but I switched to the pixel 6 and then pixel 7 when it came out because I wanted to try something different. The phones were okay but were just too simple. I finally decided to switch back to the Samsung earlier this year and bought the s24+. I couldn't be happier with my choice. The amount of customization and AI tools this phone has is amazing and I don't think I'll ever switch back.

I was dismayed to find there was no outlet for earbuds, and the camera lenses on the back are right by the volume and on/off buttons, so continually get fingerprint smudges. I thought the cameras would be a significant improvement over my S10+, but haven't noticed much difference. Could do without the AI.

My S24+ Is Awesome

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone. As A supervisor for my local health department I depend on this phone alot. The galaxy AI features are so helpful. I use it to translate calls and use the live text to speak with my clients. It really helps make my work day so much easier. I use the calander a lot to keep track of my appointments and set little reminders for things that I need to accomplish. This phone has become my personal assistant. Its very versatile and features are easy to learn. In my everyday routine it makes functioning a lot smoother. I literally use my phone for everything. I no longer carry my cards because the phone can store them for me. THIS PHONE IS AN ABSOLUTELY DIFFERENT WAY TO MANAGE THE DAY SUCCESSFULLY!!!!
