Easy to learn and countless features

I was definitely on edge about getting a brand new phone and if it was going to be too much for me to learn and keep up with. Was the terminology going to be too much? As a working mother of 2 young girls, this phone has helped me master our schedules all in one smooth to operate place with no challenges or mistakes. The routines are simple and easy. Matching up with my Google home and smart devices with ease. The cameras are amazing and clear to capture every memory I wish could last a life time. It's easy to edit and merge videos and photos. I love it.

This product is great in its use of AI.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The thing that I like about this phone is that it is great at generating AI content. For example, I was amazed at how the AI made cool wallpapers, so I wouldn't be searching and wasting my time looking for wallpapers. This is a real time-saver. I am also amazed at how well the grammar and spelling AI works because I can use it when I don't have a very strong sentence. I am also amazed at how well this phone can handle games. For example, I get about 120 FPS on high and realistic games such as War Thunder.

Good for 2 years, sim slot failure

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I generally enjoyed the device and did not encounter any problems until now. Apparently the sim card slot reader is malfunctioning. I have to constantly restart the device to use the phone. No fix other than to take the device to a repair shop.

Previously, I had a Samsung Galaxy Fold 4. The S24+ is a replacement phone as the Fold 4 malfunctioned. The S24+ is lightening fast and very lightweight. I'm happy w/the replacement thus far.

I love the Samsung S24+

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the performance of the Snapdragon Gen 3. It allows me to play high demanding games and experience a smooth version of the One UI.
The camera is amazing, and my friends like the quality of the camera. It has amazing frames and the stabilization is great.
The durability of the phone is great as well, I can drop it and not worry about it breaking.
The battery life is great as well, I can enjoy using my phone during breaks and not worry it dying in school. The fast 45w charging gets me to charge 2 percent in 1 minute.
The Galaxy Ai allows me mess with the photos I took of my friends. To change the item their holding, or to remove them from group photos.
Overall, my experience with Samsung has been positive. And I would recommend galaxy phones to my friends.
