Upgraded from S21+ with a trade in. The process was seamless and transferring data to the new phone using SmartSwitch was extremely smooth.
S24+ has a fast processing speed and takes beautiful pictures. Touchscreen is responsive even with a screen protector. This phone is lighter than my old one even with a case. I also enjoyed receiving a custom color through ordering through the website. I'm happy to not be limited to gray/black colorways.
Haven't used the AI features yet but plan to.
