Phone locks up often.

I traded for 24 plus. I'm not as impressed. Struggle with the phone locking up. Continuously restarting it. Google is the worst! Is it the app or the phone? No problems with Note 20 and Google. I'm wanting to trade out of this phone. I spent alot of money on it. First time ever I have been disappointed in a Samsung phone. I've had several.

The Galaxy S24 Ultra is basically like the Note, but way better and more advanced with the Galaxy AI. You can translate languages on the fly with Live Translate, and Nightography Zoom helps you see details even in the dark. Plus, you can search in a new way with Circle to Search using Google. The camera is a huge upgrade, with a 200MP main lens (compared to the Note20's 12MP), 4x optical-level zoom (instead of 1x), and improved Space Zoom that goes up to 100x (versus 30x). You still get the big 6.8” display and the built-in S Pen for taking notes. This is the most epic Galaxy yet! Although I am relatively new to the AI experience, I've used the Galaxy AI to look up information using a picture, and to format wording In my communications. I like it so far, it's very helpful.

Not so well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used the Galaxy AI think once on the phone, it's very confusing. To be honest it works better than my touch screen. Does actually my phone having nothing but problem? S since almost day one, but waited too long to get. The device turned in, not even sure what's going on. Wyatt just won't correct. Also, when talking into the phone, it double Texas non-stop. So I can't even use that properly without it sending the wrong stuff. /copy continuously.

Excellent device for all types of people

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My S24+ is an excellent device with unique features just like the entire Galaxy S24 line. Speed, power, and a high-definition camera make this device a unique platform for all users. I use it for my day to day, games, video recording, and taking pictures, and in all areas it is simply wonderful. I have never had performance issues in all the time I have used it. I recommend the new S24+ to everyone I can, as well as the Ultra and the base. What would I fix? The facial recognition issue, it tends to fail in some scenarios but otherwise it is very acceptable.
