AMAZING PHONE

The battery life is also getting better and better! The display is amazing, so much pop to pics and watching any type of HD video! Can't wait for the future models!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I felt like someone meet the air out of my tires once I realized just how many flaws this model has. My fingerprint scanner has never worked, simple tasks like taking a phone number from a text conversation and adding it to my contacts has been over complicated and is convoluted in placement. Modes and routines doesn't function properly. I turn it on and not a single alarm sounds for work. I turn it off and alarms go off even on days where they aren't scheduled. Seriously it's ridiculous. I quite literally hate this model. I want my 21 back. I've not used Samsung AI in abundance though in the limited experiences I have had the opportunity I was satisfied with its ease of use and accuracy. I love Samsung and I remain a loyal customer, but I cannot wait to trade this thing in.

We hate to hear that the device hasn’t met your expectations, especially with features like the fingerprint scanner and Modes and Routines. When dealing with the fingerprint sensor, the first thing you should do is inspect the screen and the sensor for scratches and dirt. Scratches or dirt can cause issues with fingerprint recognition. The sensor may not recognize fingerprints that are affected by wrinkles or scars. In addition, small or slim fingers may not be recognized. The phone looks stunning with its sleek design and vibrant 6.7-inch screen. Whether I’m watching videos or scrolling through social media, everything looks sharp and colorful.
The performance is smooth, with no lag or slowdowns, even when I’m juggling multiple apps at once. The battery life is impressive; I easily get through a full day of heavy use without needing a charge.
One feature I really appreciate is the Galaxy AI technology. It makes the phone feel smarter and more responsive. The camera, in particular, has benefited from this. Photos come out great with minimal effort, even in tricky lighting conditions.
