Face recognition and fingerprint scanner need help

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Face recognition to unlock is very slow. Will not recognize your face as quick as other competitors. Will not recognize face in low light conditions. Fingerprint sensor also is very poor. My S20 had a great sensor and am disappointed S24+ doesn't recognize my print after several attempts without my finger being warm or moist... I love the Galaxy AI real time interpretation/translation. It's very useful with my business Spanish calls. Other than poor face recognition and Fingerprint sensors I do love everything else about the S24+.

Love the thing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Transition from my prev device was pretty easy, apps are fast and I like the quality of pictures taken. With my previous android phones I had issues with device getting too hot, maps app freezing, or losing battery to quickly. These are now gone.

Fantastic phone, glad I upgraded

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just recently decided to upgrade from a older model phone. This phone is everything I wanted. The specs alone with this model are just as good as the ultra, minus the camera, stylus and a tenth of an inch in height. I must say that the colors this year were a draw as well. The marble Grey is one of the finest colors that they have ever come out with.
Being someone who is a bit more old school when it comes to technology, usually prefer a laptop or PC, this phone has caused me to change my behavior a bit. I tend to use my phone for more advance task just due to the sheer power of the phone. Fast, sleek and still the best cameras on phones in the market. Fantastic phone, works great!

Amazing device

The best new this is the Galaxy AI. It helps me translate when I'm speaking to foreign exchange students at my university.

Good phone with good features

All this power.....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone works great, it's my daily driver. I use it for podcast and music listenings during the day. The occasional photos look good. My only gripe is that there is nothing good you can do with all this power. I have a 1k device in my pocket,i only use it for basic tasks. I enjoyed all the galaxy s series. Retro emulation is great. Battery life is good, finger print sensor is good face unlock is also fast.

The phone is amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My phone lasts ages with a single charge. It's very responsive to a single tap. The autocorrect is amazing in helping me spell words without making a complete fool of myself. The speed my phone does anything amazes me to this day.
