Samsung Galaxy since the beginning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned a Samsung Galaxy since it came out. I tried switching to a different model but, to me, there's nothing like a Galaxy. I've seen all the improvements and updates done not just to the looks of the phone but also to the system and it has never disappointed me. I love my Galaxies not just for the looks but because it's also user friendly.

The camera has great resolution and produces great photos. The customizable menu and screens are easy to use. Love having a home button and back button as well.

What's so great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] AI is pretty cool when searching on Google and the circle of a picture to search with AI is neat. Unfortunately that is the only difference I see from my other newer 22 series Galaxy devices. I don't really see what all the hype is about. I honestly want to switch to a different brand at this point. Major let down.

Not bad but still needs work

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You would think that one the 1st Galaxy AI iteration phone that Samsung would take extra care. This phone has been more buggy than my S21+ on most operations and generally has felt like a downgrade- except for the camera. The camera was a definite improvement.
Apparently trade in value has dipped as well as it's worth less than half of what I paid on trade in. Wait about 2 more iterations and then invest.
