This is the phone I was looking for when I the Pixel 6 Pro, which is a disaster! Very fast and is just like the S23 I bought last year. Highly recommend! Very fast charging and works with existing wireless chargers.

There are several steps you can take to troubleshoot this. First, you want to check the app. If the app is not working or crashing the first thing to always check is to see if the application has been updated on your phone. If you downloaded the app from a 3rd party store, please check there to make sure that the application is up to date. Once you've made sure the application is updated, open it to see if the issue has been fixed. For more options, I will attach a link below that may help.
