Excellent performance, skimping on classics

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone for literally everything, so I won't waste everyone's time. I will instead ask for the following:
- Bring back expandable memory
- Bring back physical headphone jacks
- Ensure audio performance receives as much focus as camera performance
- Bring back physical headphone jacks

Do those three things, and I'm a Samsung customer for life.

My experience after using it for about 2 years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually use my phone primarily for texting, talking, listening to spotify and watching youtube videos. The experience is good but there is room for improvement. Main issue I found is changing orientation is not smooth. Sometimes I need to try a few times for the screen to change position. An app called good Lock is a must. One feature I added through it is changing songs with volume button. Another feature is everytime I unlock my phone wallpaper changes. The smartview works pretty good with my TV but I notice it starts to lag after using it for like 3 to 4 hours. Sometimes I use dex mode with my TV to stream video content. Doing this frees up my phone so I can still use it.
I haven't had issue with battery, it lasts me the entire day.

Good but bad

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I prefer Samsung phones over Apple phones because I'm more familiar with Samsung's user interface, and it's more open and less closed-off. I don't like using phone cases because they change the original design, but if I don't use one, the phone is too slippery and falls frequently, which can damage it. So, this is a concern for me.

Great little phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were still using our S9 Plus phones, but when the chance came up for a (basically) free upgrade to the S22, we jumped on it.
Mostly our phones are for socials, browsing, and entertainment. This phone more than fits the bill. Faster processing, more memory, and a lot more storage. Add to that, the upgrade in camera and you've got a great little phone. Didn't need all the extras that the Ultra has, plus this keeps a smaller profile (about the same as the S9 Plus).
Haven't had any issues yet, occasionally a game will mention memory, but seemingly still runs fine.
I do wish they would introduce a second space option like Xiaomi phones, but that is definitely not a deal breaker. The price is pretty standard too for what you get.
