Great phone with few complaints

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I mainly use my phone for just regular daily use. Making phone calls, texting, and mainly searching the web or gaming. It works almost perfectly in all of these activities I use it with. My main issue is how much the phone heats up. Without a case I'm constantly having to put my phone down because it is too hot inmy hands. If this could be attended to I believe I would have a perfect review of this phone. It helps me with online banking and I use it daily with those tasks as well. I thank samsung greatly for this amazing device.

Doesn't work as expected

Great phone with bloatware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I utilize my Samsung device for day to day personal needs and as a quick reference guide during my workdays as a physician. It is also a great tool to study for my medical boards in the go.
I find the UI pleasing, the photos high-quality, and the screen provides a crisp presentation. Lastly, the device is fast!
Unfortunately, Samsung and my phone provider uploads bloatware that I do not use on the phone. The apps just take up space.

Buttons on the wrong side and no headphone jack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone has the buttons on the wrong side. The volume sliders come in from the wrong side also. No head phone jack. I have liked Galaxy phones for several generations... this is the first one I've had that makes me want to find something else entirely.

Performance degrades after a year

Phone was great when new and performance deteriorates after a year and with many apps installs. Many times it just hangs and just need to restart.
