[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been an Apple consumer for more than 10 years and I finally made the switch! I have been eyeing Samsung for about 2 years but there was always something to throw me off. Either the phone color, video stability, picture quality, or the night mode but with the S22 Samsung managed to ace all of the above and even more. I am tech-savvy, and I am the type to use every feature of the phone. So, when I tell you Samsung has all the features that make your life easier and features you didn't even know you needed until you saw it with them... trust me! I have stopped using so many third-party applications because the great features are built-in with the phone! The features are so many that I cannot begin to count them. Overall, the phone is amazing, hardware, software/features, durability, and literally everything!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Other than the cameras this phone is a total downgrade from my S9+. If my phone company did not tell me it would stop working by December I never would have bought it for such a ridiculous price...no headphones or charging block either.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a Google Pixel but it was nothing like the Galaxy phone. I switched back to the S22 and am so glad I did. It is so much easier to use and has a great battery life and the speed is so much better. It is also a smaller footprint and so it's much easier to handle and pocket. I will never go back to anything else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this phone for a little under a month now. I can honestly say I have no clue why everyone has been complaining about it. My battery life is amazing. I work a 10hr shift everyday; using my phone a lot through the night for work. By the end of the night I'm normally still at around 70% battery. The camera is absolutely awesome. I also love how easily I connected to the new watch I got as well. Honestly, I love the phone so far.

Great phone held back by stuttery UI/small battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy S22 has been a great phone to live with. I am coming from the iPhone 13 Pro Max, so its quite the turnaround. There are definitely some very great things about the S22, and some not so great.
Display: The display is absolutely gorgeous and the high refresh rate and nearly invisible bezel is amazing to look at every day.
Camera: Great quality photos and videos, still plagued by the dreadful android stutter when starting recording of high resolution 4k and 8k videos.
Speaker(s): The speakers are a big letdown coming from experience with the S21 and S20 FE. They are less rich and sound relatively harsh. Call quality is completely fine though.
Hardware/Battery: I love the higher grade metal surrounding the glass front and rear panels. The fit and finish is gorgeous and I think this is the first time Samsung has really contended with the stainless on the X/XS and Pro series iPhones. The lightness while still feeling dense is a huge plus. But..... the disappointment, battery life. The cell is smaller this year and it really shows when doing anything other than the lightest of tasks. Even social media applications quickly drain the battery and heat the phone more than I'd consider normal.
Software: The new OneUI looks great, but android still has inherent issues handling framerate consistency and you really feel the stutters when switching apps, rotating the device, etc. Its something that only the iPhones have been able to consistently do and I'm looking forward to Samsung really working on cleaning up the stability, consistency and overall polish of their software experience and animations.
