[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a history of using phone for VERY short periods of time and trading/returning/selling them to get the next big thing.
I don't feel that way with the S23+. It ticks all my boxes: it's fast and responsive, it has a great camera, it doesn't get too hot, and it's got excellent battery life (with wireless charging).
I even prefer it to the S23 Ultra, which I also used. The feel of the phone is much nicer and the size is legitimately perfect for me. Plus, rounded edges are more comfortable.
The S23+ does everything I need it to do, and more, all without missing a beat. I game on it, take pictures, do work, and surf the Internet. There's nothing that it struggles with.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this phone. The camera is by far the best with all of the different things you could change on it and the picture quality is amazing.
Upgraded beginning of year from S23 to S23+ and couldn't be happier. Incredible camera, long battery life, great display, size and material constructions, system is super responsive and love the colors of the phone. My favorite for now.
Samsung has definitely dropped in quality. This phone has issues. Very jerky screen. Flashes intermittently. Screen went white earlier and would not go back , none of clicks worked. I had to turn phone off and back on to get screen to refresh away from completely white. Not happy with this purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I traded in my old Samsung back in June and have continually regretted it. I've had Samsung for years and have loved every one of them until now. The fact that you have to hold down two buttons to turn off or restart your phone is frustrating. I've yet to be able to do it the first time and on average, it probably takes me 6 attempts before I get the restart option. Unfortunately, I also find that I have to restart it almost daily in order for a basic app to actually open (example, my Dunkin Donut app). To me that seems rather extensive. Call connectivity audio breaks up often. Fortunately I have a land line still that I can use when I'm in the house. I have never had any of these issues with my other Samsung phones so to me that means it's the phone. If I could, I would be eating the cost and finding another phone.
