I'm amazed

Did venture witn Appel a couple of years ago and didnt like it so continued with my Galaxy Note and after S9+. But now having the best of both S and Note worlds I'm in love. So much I can do, awesome camera, battery life (chef's kiss). It really is worth every penny.

S22 Ultras Design & Features are the best in tech

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I consider myself a tech savvy kind of guy. Whether it's the latest TVs, phones, tablets or any other electronic, I usually do my due diligence to see if it's a new tech toy I'd like to try out.
Everything from performance, to design, to fluidness of the UI, I'm a tinker...er in all things related to tech. I over clock my GPUs, I look for the best monitor to have my gaming setup on....just about every little detail about tech interests me in every way. With the S22 Ultra, my interests is at an all time High!
I try out every new "Flag ship" phone that comes to the market every year. I've enjoyed the likes of Samsung, Apple, HTC, One+, Xiaomi...heck, even the Palm Pre when that was a thing. There's something about Samsung's releases that always get me to use it as my daily driver.
Design: There's no doubt in my mind that the design on the new S22 Ultra is one of my favorite phone designs since the inception of smart phone. I've always been a fan of the squared corners look, and I'm happy to see this come back to the S line of phones, akin to the Note. The Galaxy Note was always my favorite phone. I went so far as to pay a ridiculoys amount of money for the first release phone just to get it unlocked so I can use it on the carrier I was using at that time. Seeing the S-Pen tucked away in the S series of phones just makes me giddy with excitement. The camera bumps are a big step forward, compared to the huge bumps you've seen on last year's models, and a lot of other phone manufacturer models you see now. Big upgrade from last year's S22 Ultra.
Performance & Display: The frames.....ohhh the frames. This display is as crispy as it's ever been. I thing it's well known that Samsung's screens are the best in the game right now, so you pretty much know what to expect. The refresh rate is just beautiful and if you like gaming on your phone, which I tend to do a lot more lately, than this is the phone you need. The smooth screen, high end graphics, fast refresh rates and overall performance of this phone is second to none. If you're a fan of the mobile game Lost Light, or stick it out with the genre changing Fortnite, than the S22 Ultra is the phone you need to make sure you have an edge against your opponents
Battery: Battery life is great. Pretty standard from what we've seen so far with most phones. If you play long hours of mobile gaming, than you might want to have a charger in hand if you want those graphics to be at Ultra settings.
Overall: This is the best of the best that Samsung has offered us so far. The S22 Ultra is a true testament of why Samsung is one of the top players in not only the smart phone market, but everything they offer. They put considerable care in their design choices, UI decisions and so much more. This is the Smart Phone to have in 2022!
