will not play WMA music files

For the cost of this up to date device I was disappointed to learn it would not play my WMA music files. Would not call this an up grade.

Need battery help

I wish the battery life was longer!! I have to charge several times a day. I've followed what's recommended to extend battery life too. I have a life saving app on mine so I really need it to have a reliable phone with great battery

Battery life and features.

I got this phone 1 1/2 week ago. The battery life is terrible, terrible, terrible... I work 9hr days. I'm on my phone during my 30min lunch and I have 2 10min breaks. So 50 mins I'm on my phone in 9hrs when I leave work my phone is between 50-56% battery life. I have almost all the apps set to receive no notifications, I have all the apps closed, nothing running in the background, i have went to the settings and went to battery and device care and optimized it.. If you need something with long battery life this phone is not for you. I need battery life I'm disappointed by the battery life. The specs say something totally different then what it really is.. I do love the camera, the screen size is nice and some of the features on the phone great. I like how i can write on the screen with the spin and itnwill type what i write thats cool.. It works well besides the battery.

Regretted it almost immediately

I am very disappointed with this phone. I wish I had never given up my Note 9. The keyboard speech to text never works. The processing speed isn't any faster. The only 2 good things I can say about this phone is better battery life and the camera is amazing. If you want a excellent camera this is your phone. I want my Note 9 back.

Great phone. Poor construction

Very fragile screen. A very small drop along with the good cover cracked the display and damaged the body. Samsung makes really fragile phone.

The last Samsung I truly enjoyed was the Note 3. The Galaxy 22 Ultra is an utter disappointment to the point I'll never buy another Samsung again unless it's remotely anything like the Note 3. The camera is great but nothing works right after every update, have to restart it multiple times to keep even the lamest of the rest of the functions it has. Beyond disappointed because I know what Samsung is capable of. Never again until they have better engineers. Do better.

S22 sucks

I got this s22 ultra a few weeks ago. It turn out that this was the biggest mistake I made in 2023. The battery dies very quick, it keep deleting apps from my home screen, the Wi-Fi runs super slow even with the 5g. The phone also stop charging at times. I know things happen but after a few weeks and this what I have to put up with after the money I spent. THIS PHONE SUCKS!!!

Camara Roll/Album Issues

I love the phone and the camera abilities. What I hate is I can't move my pictures to an album and they actually move from my camera roll. This actually happened after an update. It is really annoying to have to go through all of my pictures to find something when I should be able to move it to an album and keep everything organized. They need to fix that!!! It's that annoying that I give this phone a 3 star, atm.
