Service and battery are the worst!

I had a Note 9 before and I completely regret upgrading. The battery life and 4G service was 100 times better. Any website even Facebook takes forever to load. I'm literally sitting there drumming my fingers waiting for it to MAYBE load. I can't even make video calls on the Ultra. We need to look into switching to something else because we are basically paying for a phone we can barely use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After some beef with the customer service agents, order system, and 3 tries later I finally picked up my s22 ultra in store. After receiving it, I immediately knew this was gonna be my daily driver for the foreseeable future. Fast, decent battery, s-pen versatility, and gorgeous design make this my #1 phone of the year hands down. Ditched iphone for this BTW.

Good phone but with bad speaker volume and quality
