Many good features but weak vibration mode

The Galaxy S22 Ultra has been a disappointment. While it has many great features, the vibration modes reduces the phones functionality. Specifically, I can barely feel the phone vibrate when it is in my hand without case. This may sound like a minor inconvenience, but I spend a great deal of time in meetings and public areas. Vibration is important.
A couple of months ago, per a suggestion from Samsung, I took the phone to an authorized repair center. They told me the phone was functioning as designed.
Since the purchase of a Galaxy S III our phones and tablets have all been Samsung products. I need to replace my Galaxy S22 Ultra for a phone with a good vibration mode - it will probably not be a Samsung product.

We would be more than happy to assist you. If you haven't done so already, in your settings you can increase the power of your vibration. In your settings app under sounds and vibration, under vibration instensity you can adjust how strong the vibration is for calls, notification, and everything separately. You also have an option to have a vibration sound for calls that can also ensure you never miss an important call. Only 1 year of life

I bought this phone last year. Only one year of life. Right after the warranty expired, simply die for no reason. No water in, no drops, zero scratches simply die and won't charge at all. Bad deal an expensive phone for one year of life. Sad.

It's heavy like a brick

I love the size and weight of my Note 10 and I've been using Note series for many years.I passed on the Note20 because its too big and heavy, S22 Ultra is even worst. It is wide (hard to hold) and it is very heavy that my hand and arm actually feeling sore after 10 minutes of use and thats before I even put a case on. So what's the point of the good lens & the Note pen if I don't even want to hold the phone for over 2 minutes? Also the size it's just to big and seems very awkward when you're holding against your ear or put it in the back pocket. I love getting new phones but this is the first one that I feel like I should just keep my old phone.
Please please, make something lighter but still have the Note pen. You did it before , you can make it in the future.

The Ole Bait and switch

This entire advertisement line is nothing more than the Bait and switch program that is illegal in most states but since there is very little oversight online. Companies use that flaw to take advantage of consumers. Nice try Thieves.

Great replacement for the previous Note models.

I've been using the Note models for many years and am very happy to have the improved version. The phone is super fast and I have noticed improved reception. The camera is really a great upgrade. The pictures are s clear and crisp with amazing color.
