I bought mine in February and only had minor fixable problems. I have T-Mobile service and don't know if that makes a difference with the exception of the battery issues my phone is awesome NO other issues, I traded my S9+ now that was a Phone with issues and had to replace it once, but I kept it for years. Their is know such thing as perfect not in people or manufactured products, anything bought when item 1st comes out is going to have issues its called Trial and Error my advice would be give Samsung a chance to work out the bugs bc when it's tested and No issues were found that's how they base the phone, it's obvious after times of use if their are any problems it will show up then so except it and do what you need to do to solve the issue and move on, all things in life have problems if you've been around very long you should understand this. I bought this phone almost a month ago, and the online reason I got it is my s21 ultra had a bad screen. It was the same price to trade it in and "upgrade" as it would have been to get screen fixed. This phone has been nothing but problems out the box. Glitchy, especially Google maps, the messenger to send texts doesn't function the way the old one did (won't let me forward things to multiple people) and the battery life has never not needed a charge before I make it to bed. Battery with out fail is always 25-30 by 8pm even if I'm not using phone. Other than that if you just want a phone with a great camera and a built in stylus this phone is for you.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this phone

I have had a note 3, note 5, note 8, and a note 10 plus ! Loved all of them! Last yr I bought the Fold3 it was ok but I was missing the wonderful features of the note. Long story short I traded in my Fold 3 for the S22 Ultra and I am soo glad I did. I did lose money doing a trade in so early. It is what it is. I sometimes forget thw S22 Ultra , is not a note. It's great!!!

Just Wow! Then again I replaced a much older phone

The Good: Don't know where to start. The screen, the pen, the quality and loudness of sound, the battery life. the response. The Bad: My house is marginal for cell signal and absolutely no improvement with this phone over my seven year old previous phone. So lots of dropped calls at home. The "automatic switching" to WiFi doesn't seem to work properly - it did at the start but fumbling around with a tech support person with various resets of networks seemed to have caused it to stop - even though the options are clearly chosen correctly. Be prepared to spend a lot of time going through the countless options to get the phone working as you wish. I am a minimalist, my idea of wallpaper is a black screen. Lots of apps that I probably would like to remove, features that I am unsure about - there is a limit to how much time one devotes to this task. Recommendations? I don't know if I am the only one who thinks this, but I have a black phone and old eyes. Spotting and feeling the two switches on the camera body and the switch on the S-pen are near impossible. If I have a black phone, how difficult would it be to make the buttons gray, or a colorful burgundy. Does everyone else really find it easy to use the small black button on the skinny black S-pen? I have the 1TB version, very expensive, but I am very happy with the purchase.

I bought the Galaxy S22 Ultra over a month ago. But have just received it a few days ago. Love it
