I traded in a phone I used for 1 week and they emailed me back charging $150 extra for a cracked screen when u can see that's its just a surface scratch and it says nothing about scratches in trade in but they said it was cracked
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I pre-ordered my Samsung Galaxy s22 ultra on February 9th I had a hard time ordering it but I finally got through and place my order I received my phone February 21st I had a schedule the only bad thing I have to say about the phone is the battery life is lousy after that performance is good very nice looking forward I'm satisfied with my purchase

Great Phone with Awesome Features

The phone is a powerhouse with lots of awesome features like 100x zoom camera, large screen, and ability to tweak just about every setting imaginable. I have owned several Samsung Galaxy phones, including most of the Note series and the S22 Ultra is by far the best.
The only con is battery life. The phone has so much going on that the battery doesn't last more than a day, but I can live with it because of the great features the phone provides.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I buy nothing but Samsung. I think Samsung knows what it does when it comes to technology & devices. Unhappy tho because this s22 ultra doesn't not come wiIth a slot to insert storage card. I usually use this cards to put in my photo device that I have in my living room

Gave away my Note 20 Ultra for an inferior phone..

I don't know what was I thinking but parting with my trustworthy Note 2 Ultra was a big mistake. This phone is thicker, heavier, and inferior in every aspect including speed. Battery lasts about 5-6 hours on screen time and less than 10 on daily usage. On top of that, the phone is still plagued with hardware/software issues as others reported, such as random crashes of apps and camera failure. I got over the lack of micro SD but removing MST was a huge deal breaker. Needless to say, I sold my S22 Ultra and will be switching to iPhone as there is nothing left to keep me within the Galaxy family. From the era of the S9/Note 9, every newer generation was stripping off features that left the Galaxy phones nothing more than an Android phone with AMOLED screen. Even Pixel now is better than a Galaxy, to be honest. Finally, I think Samsung really gave me an excuse to leave them and finally switch to the polished iOS ecosystem. Won't be coming back for sure. Samsung needs to change its philosophy or most likely leadership if they are to remain competitive on this faster ever-growing market.

nothing has changed from my note10. Horrible camera, photos in 3:4 scale are all exposed and when you zoom in you feel this more. This phone literally does not have vibration, I don't feel the vibration at all. Speakers are bad, very bad sound quality. 5G feature is a joke. I don't get service in most places. This is for sure my last Samsung phone
