The 1st week I got it, it was showing that it had moisture in the port. It took a week before that notification went off. The next month I stopped receiving texts. I can send texts, but can't receive them. They have sent me 3 of the same phones and still not working. 😔
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been a Note user since I got off the Blackberry. The Ultra 22 is intuitive to operate. A huge upgrade is the camera! Incredible detail and zoom features.
Worst Samsung phone ever.Needs constant restart to work

I've exclusively used Galaxy phones since 2012, over a decade now, with the whole Samsung ecosystem to match, the watch, ear buds, tablet, monitor, and TV. The new S22 Ultra does not disappoint. It is very much like my Note 10 was before except it is larger. It is fast, stable, and easy to use. Best of all, it has the stunning Samsung display. I like to use the Samsung leather slim case ($$$ but worth it) and the Samsung screen savers too. I love it!
I bought this phone a couple weeks ago, and is a nightmare. It gets so hot when I used and plus I am not able to make or receive phone calls, I have to turned off and turned on to be able to make it works

I've had this for a few months now and while it's great, I find it sad that in many ways it is a downgrade from my old Note 8, which it replaced. It's irritating that all the buttons are on one side. It's particularly irritating that somehow, to take a screenshot, a woman with a small hand is expected to be able to push both the power button and the volume down button with a single small thumb (the buttons are too far apart for that). I regret, also, that the MST functionality has gone. On the plus side, it's a powerful phone with a really excellent camera that has customisation capacities just not available on (for example) in iPhone. The battery lasts a full day with regular use, and of course it has an S-Pen. And best of all, it's much easier to make Bixby disappear completely.
I've had this phone for a while now and it's okay... Except no version of this phone has a micro sd slot. Which is a really big deal, I have a galaxy note 9 with a 500 gig chip in it that I would normally just switch over to my new phone. But instead I had to go invest in this dual USB- A / USB - C thumb drive and manually transfer all that content, and even after that I have to plug it into the phone every time I wanna view that content. Yes I am aware of the cloud, tangible backup is always best. Always. Well roughly 372 gigs worth was transfered because the phone has 128 in deck, minus the system OS and bloat wear. Definitely, definitely bring that micro sd slot back. Every year it seems like the smart phone industry just deletes another feature then tries to tell us that it's for the best. Better is more options, not less. Other than that the phone itself isn't bad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Galaxy S22 Ultra is a gorgeous and sleek device. I love it's squared corners as opposed to the majority of phones with rounded ones. The display is vibrant and probably the best one out there. Everything about this device is true quality of build and design. If you want the best android phone, then this is the one for you.
