[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first the phones temperature fluctuated alot and that could have been because of all the data optimizing from the transfer. Now it doesn't heat up as often. (unless I'm using a heavy app or its left on the sun). Other than that I love all of the features and I can tell it was an upgrade from my S20+.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far the phone has been decent, but not what I had hoped. Gets bogged down easily, glitchy, has issues with text messages, etc. Other things are good (camera, screen, etc.)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There's so many more features coming from the note 20! The zoom on the camera and quality is breath taking! I haven't even gotten a chance to use all if the features, but it is much faster. The screen is incredible quality too! Sometimes the videos and screen makes it look like you are really there; I'm honestly super impressed. 10/10 would buy again and recommend to everyone.
