Beware there is No Travel Adapter Included in Box

I just received my Ultra phone and I can not use my phone. There is no travel adapter that come with the phone and it is a different cable from my old Samsung phone. How am I suppose to use it without battery? Now, I have to order the adapter before I can use it - UNBELIEVABLE!!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

We appreciate you taking the time to review the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Continuing what we started with the Samsung Galaxy S21 series, earphones and a charger plug are no longer included in the box because Samsung wants to minimize the impact our products have on the environment.
Samsung believes the removal of earphones and charger plugs from our in-box device packaging can help address the growing e-waste problem and unnecessary duplication of these items.
Existing Galaxy users are encouraged to continue using their current earphones and charging plug, while new users will need to purchase this separately. I’ve attached a link below that has a few chargers you could choose from. If you need any assistance, please feel free to reach out to Samsung Support. Thank you for being a valued customer. –Bethany

nice phone,Bad camera!

I am on my 3rd week with this phone, I bought it because of the highly rated camera With an incredible zoom of 100x. The good thing about it is, on macro shots clarity is great, However when zooming in The camera will not focus in automatic mode or manual. I have added pictures (automatic focus) of 20, 50 and 100x zoom. The object was 80' away from me the phone was on a secure tripod. I am extremely disappointed in this camera for the value of the phone. In my opinionThe Galaxy S20 takes the best pictures by far.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Really good phone!

I mean, first off, I had an A52 5g.. While that phone is "OK" it wasn't great.. I had many issues, phone calls especially (speaker phone wouldn't work sometimes, people couldn't understand me when using it, then sometimes I would have audio quality problems as well and this phone was only a year old.) So I FINALLY was able to afford a much higher quality phone and I am incredibly impressed. It does suck that it doesn't have expandable storage & it does not come with an adapter plug but even with those things missing - its generally a much better phone for me personally then what I've had many times before. It was worth every penny! ONLY other thing I'd say that is a bit frustrating is finding the right screen protector.. which with a curved screen (this is my first smartphone in this style) seems to be pretty difficult. But if you've had lower end phones most or all of your life, this phone is a huge step.
I would recommend this to a friend!

will not play WMA music files

For the cost of this up to date device I was disappointed to learn it would not play my WMA music files. Would not call this an up grade.

Need battery help

I wish the battery life was longer!! I have to charge several times a day. I've followed what's recommended to extend battery life too. I have a life saving app on mine so I really need it to have a reliable phone with great battery

Great Camera but poor wifi reception

I am a loyal Samsung user for almost 12 years.
This Samsung phone is very expensive and only great update is the camera and super fast charging. The wifi reception absolutely sucks.There is no SD card and headphone port is not present.Battery discharges very fast in say 7 hours.The screen protectors almost always covers the finger reading because the new finger-printer reader is very inconveniently located.
This phone actually bigger and heavier than other phones so I cannot hold it for too long.
I still like my older S9 Plus better, it's smaller, more sleek and has better wifi and better ports.
This will be my last Samsung phone.

Battery life and features.

I got this phone 1 1/2 week ago. The battery life is terrible, terrible, terrible... I work 9hr days. I'm on my phone during my 30min lunch and I have 2 10min breaks. So 50 mins I'm on my phone in 9hrs when I leave work my phone is between 50-56% battery life. I have almost all the apps set to receive no notifications, I have all the apps closed, nothing running in the background, i have went to the settings and went to battery and device care and optimized it.. If you need something with long battery life this phone is not for you. I need battery life I'm disappointed by the battery life. The specs say something totally different then what it really is.. I do love the camera, the screen size is nice and some of the features on the phone great. I like how i can write on the screen with the spin and itnwill type what i write thats cool.. It works well besides the battery.
