[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to the Galaxy S22 Ultra from an iPhone and I am so glad I did. I love taking picture but always struggled to get nice clear shots, especially from something far away. The camera on the S22 Ultra is insane! I can get extremely clear shots from a good distance away. I also use my phone for gaming at times and the battery holds up well.

Awesome photo camera and very well integration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall very nice system but with updated feature are still little buggy. Recent updated to android updates are not that great and slow. Bluetooth connection is occasionally not working until reboot. System performance is not always optimal until you reboot.

Defective model

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a big fan of Samsung products for many years I have only used Samsung phones. About 10 months ago I purchased the Samsung s22 Ultra 5G worst decision I ever made within the first couple of weeks I had to have the device replaced because it was defective I got a new device same model same defect which means there's a defect with this model it restarts and freezes every 30 minutes to an hour no matter whether I'm on a call using GPS taking care of business from my phone it's very frustrating especially when traveling and using GPS and then your screen freezes and your phone turns off now you have to pull off the road. I use my phone for personal and business reasons still have my corporate job and I'm an entrepreneur I depend on my phone a lot I'm not sure if I want to continue with Samsung phones after this I have to think really hard and long.

Excellent device 👌

I have dropped it on the face on concrete from a distance of 12 ft or higher. I shower with every morning. All this has been done with out a fancy case. My s22 ultra has never let me down. I will only own samsung phones. Don't get me started on the camera capabilities.

Incredible phone, but could be even better.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In preface to my review, I use my phone primarily for messaging, streaming, reading, web surfing, and productivity workloads. Given my use cases I obviously prioritize certain features over others.
In the case of my galaxy device, I love its incredible asthetics and performance. It has been both responsive and reliable since I purchased the device. The s-pen support along with the 120hz refresh rate is incredible. My biggest gripe with phones nowadays is that the focal point of phone manufacturing seems to be on the camera unit. While I do not mind having a phone with a camera that can rival many standalone cameras, it is one of the least important features. I feel like this device could be even faster and perform even better in certain workloads if the processor, ram, display and speakers were given as much attention as the camera features.
I am aware that with the prevelance of social media, camera features are extremely important to many. However, I would love if there were a galaxy model tailored to those of us that use our phones for productivity, gaming, streaming, etc. In saying this, I am not claiming that all the aspects of this phone are subpar in the slightest. I just dislike paying a premium to get the flagship device when I know most of that premium is for camera features.
Overall I love this phone, but there are a areas mentioned above that I know if improved upon, could make the galaxy devices the phones to have.

I love the s22 Ultra... But...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The phone is great. Super fast and exactly what I wanted. However, in my experience the battery life is not the greatest. Other then that the cameras are awesome, the s pen is just as good as it's ever been.
