Good but could be much better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Most things on this phone work really well however one of the biggest fails is that it does not have MST like older phones. This would allow you to not have to take your bank cards everywhere and you could pay on older terminals using your phone to mimic the magnetic strip transactions. Also, it would be nice to have more control over what the buttons do. The power button when held only allows you to access Bixby instead of Google Assistant.

Product is great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who attends alot of concerts, my favorite feature is the 100x zoom for when I might not be close to the stage. My pictures make me seem like I am and they are so much clearer then on the earlier models.
Most everything about the Samsung is a great buy. Especially the smart switch when I get a new phone. That's just genius.
However, the reason for the 4 stars (and not 5) , I do wish you would adapt one feature. The voicemail transcription. It is such a time saver, rather than having to push so many buttons and listen to her repeat every number before I hear the message. My work phone is a competitors model with that feature and it makes my job so much easier. I was told I could switch to a Samsung, but I chose not too because of that one feature.
If you could add that, then Samsung would be the perfect buy!

Worked great at first

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We loved our S22 Ultra Notes at first but then 5after just a few months the battery die fast, the updates would screw the phones up. The internet would just pop up for no reason, the notifications would not show up, on my phone when I would do anything like delete an email or post to FB it would state that "1 email deleted" or posted to Facebook but no matter what it stated it would stay on the screen for 4-5 minutes.

Samsung makes the best phones!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra 5G is the best phone I've ever had! Its great battery life lets me use it all day without recharging! I'm constantly using my phone to check messages, play games, watch videos, take pictures, and even make and receive calls! As a very busy hotel manager, my Samsung phone assists me in getting my work done everyday without any hassle. From the Bixby alarm clock that wakes me up every morning to the Sleep mode that ensures I get a good night's rest, my Samsung phone is the first and last object I interact with every day. It's the best personal assistant and even helps monitor my health. Paired with my Samsung Galaxy Watch and the Samsung Health app, I'm able to keep tabs on my physical activity throughout the day, which is very important in helping me monitor my overall fitness. This phone is like a friend to me, and I would be lost without it. The user interface is excellent, very easy to use and well designed. The settings are all customizable, so my Samsung S22 Ultra feels as unique as I am. The camera takes epic selfies, too! This is by far the best camera I've ever had on a phone! From making me and my friends look great to capturing surface features of the moon, my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra phone camera is incredibly powerful and useful. This phone makes my life immeasurably better in so many ways, and I can't wait to upgrade to the next amazing smartphone in the Samsung Galaxy series!

This is the best phone I ever owned!
