Should have kept my Note8!

I've had this phone 2 weeks, waited 4 years to upgrade. 1st week was amazing and now I can't stay connected to the internet. Tried new sim card. Airplane mode. Have now had to rider a replacement and I'm doubting it will fix it. No trouble with calls or texts just cycles through networks and drops internet repeatedly. Very disappointing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

All the features of changed these techniques think that they're making things easier for us the screen goes off after you're on a conversation you have no idea whether you're still on the phone or not besides the other features with the keyboard and no typing no spacing and it's just absolutely not even worth it

I've owned every galaxy since the Note 4 and this is literally the worst phone I've ever owned! It is bad on so many levels! I'm extremely disappointed! I regret purchasing this device !

Great Features

I bought mine in February and only had minor fixable problems. I have T-Mobile service and don't know if that makes a difference with the exception of the battery issues my phone is awesome NO other issues, I traded my S9+ now that was a Phone with issues and had to replace it once, but I kept it for years. Their is know such thing as perfect not in people or manufactured products, anything bought when item 1st comes out is going to have issues its called Trial and Error my advice would be give Samsung a chance to work out the bugs bc when it's tested and No issues were found that's how they base the phone, it's obvious after times of use if their are any problems it will show up then so except it and do what you need to do to solve the issue and move on, all things in life have problems if you've been around very long you should understand this. God Bless all.
