I watch TV/Movies and YouTube, play games for hours on end, and of course every day use such as Texting all of my friends and calling. This phone has been nothing but perfect since I bought it, and I will continue to upgrade as time goes on. I cannot express how in love with the phone I am. The battery life is phenomenal, as I only charge it once per day, even after heavy usage. And don't even get me started on durability. I have dropped this phone more times that you could imagine, and it is working perfect with NO CRACKS! I recommend this phone for anyone that is looking into changing brands, getting an upgrade, or starting off as it is so simple!

Good device, lots of bugs

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The one thing I hate about this phone is that you can't have a screen cover that also recognizes your biometric sign in at the same time. It's very frustrating because I like the glass screen covers that really protect the phone but then you are unable to use the biometrics. It seems like things are always changing on this phone without my permission and I don't enjoy that. The battery lasts a long time. Although I don't like how it doesn't have fast charging available through a USB cord. I will always be an Android girl, and I think Samsung phones are the best. I thought the camera would be a little bit better as well so that's a little disappointing.

The battery life gets me through the whole day. The fast charging capabilities are amazing! I quite literally recommend thus phone to anyone and most of my family have gotten a samsung device after I showed off my phone

I've never had an issue with my phone and am constantly following up with system and app updates. My only regret is that it is heavier than the Note 20 Ultra. (Note Lover)
