Terrific phone

Best of the best. No lag, screens bight and sharp. Feels good in the hand. The only, very minor, thing I have trouble with is the fingerprint scanner. A lot of times it takes me 4 or 5 scans before it works. I also have the Flex which has the scanner on the home button which works great. Wish more of the Samsung phones had the same thing. Battery is okay, lasting a full day.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wow love this phone

Got this and few days ago, almost a week now and I absolutely in love! If I had to pick my 2 most favorite features about this phone that makes it stand out above all the rest would b 1 the level of customization omg. I just found out last night I can trim my videos down an use them as a lock screen which is amazing since my grandchild is the light of my life she is Def my lock screen. An I also love love love can't say it enough LOVE the S Pen. I wouldn't give it a 2nd thought if u was thinking about upgrading do it!

BEWARE motherboard failure less than 8 months...

Third time writing a review because samsung refuses to allow anything negative written about this phone. Simply put, an utter joke that a flagship phone had a motherboard failure within 8 months. Stay aware from this phone

Lacks customization features.

This phone doesn't allow customization at all. App notifications cannot be customized. The lack of this makes the phone a headache to utilize. AT&T staff lack the ability to assist customers with this problem.

Nice features but....

After 6 month of use, the phone froze several times....charger port is not as stable, you will have to keep pushing it in and will stop charging if it moves a little

Did I get a lemon?

I haven't had my phone a month and it restarts no less than 5 times a day, but usually more. I have the auto restart under device care turned off. Verizon said it is a Samsung issue since it is still under warranty. I can somewhat deal with a horrible battery life, but restarting in the middle of a phone call or using for GPS is unacceptable. Makes me want to find out if I can exchange it through Verizon for a different model because it is only a great phone 50% of the time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

screen blacked out

horrible quality the screen on this phone is as fragile as an egg even with a case and screen protector. half of my phone is permanently black. I would repair the phone but when I pay 1000+ for a flagship phone I expect it to be of good quality I think I'll just trade this one in and take my chances with appple or maybe the nothing phone.
