Lousy Color and delays

The Red color is absolutely underwhelming and makes the device look so cheap and not bold but feminine. On top of that the pen has a different shade that slightly more vibrant. I was upset that my order was delayed almost two weeks past original ship date and then it came separate from the chargers I purchased on the same order for it. Poor experience overall.

Red is not red - more like salmon pink/orange. This is disappointing as I specifically ordered direct from Samsung for a Samsung-exclusive RED phone. I now have a very expensive SALMON phone that I very much dislike and will be hiding in a solid-colored case. Considering that this is an online exclusive item that cannot be looked at in stores, a more accurate color depiction would be great.

My S21 ultra was much better.

My S21 ultra was much better. Every year since my Samsung Galaxy 9 plus I buy a new upgraded phone from Samsung so last year I purchased the S 22 ultra and traded in my S21 ultra which was a mistake. All the raves and advertisements and marketing about the camera is moot. This screen has locked up numerous times and I had followed customer services support teams directions about resetting the phone and then only adding my e-mail and within a couple of weeks it keeps on doing the same thing. Now I am on the fence about the S 23 ultra when it comes out. I'll have to wait and see
