When it comes to look and feel, this phone is definitely the cream of the crop. The screen is absolutely beautifu. Icons and images seem to almost pop up out of the screen. This phone is packed with features and is an excellent device for personal use as well as for business . However , there are a few issues with the device. The removal of the SD card slot is completely useless and unwarranted. The business aspect of this phone completely loses its meaning if there’s no way to store confidential information on SD cards because not everybody wants to store all their information directly on the phone or in the cloud. To make it worse, they still offer mid range phones that have an SD card slot!!! The only other issue is the curved screen. Yes, it’s beautiful to look at, but it makes buying screen protectors a pain, because the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor has to be taken into consideration. If they move the fingerprint scanner to the power button like the Z Fold, it would be less of an issue because it wouldn’t matter what kind of protection you choose to put on the screen. I know Samsung likes to talk about the strength of the glass it uses for its display, but the curved edges mean less protection from cases and creates weak points. The curved screen can be overlooked if they move the fingerprint scanner.
And battery should be better OUT OF THE BOX. There is no excuse for a customer to have to wait for a phone to recognize usage patterns because they aren't always consistent. Some people are citing great battery life with moderate usage while some can't make it through a day?
