I have been an apple person since the iPhone 4. This was a huge decision for me. What stole my heart was the camera. I love most everything about this phone. Not big on Microsoft but I was tired of the big iPhone getting so heavy so I decided to switch. So far I do not regret it at all. I love that there are things u can do on it that u can't on iPhone. That's the android part. But over all I am in love with the phone. It's a pretty big difference but I am very happy. The pic below I took on this phone. CANT DO THAT WITH AN APPLE. I have tried android before but was using the lower end phones, I would hate it so I would go back. Get u a hig end phone and u won't go back. Even got my best friend to switch to the ultra 22, we are huge camera people.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best camera experience, but everything else...

Pros
1. Pictures and videos are amazing! My pictures look like a pro!
2. Like the design! Thin, rounded edges look incredible. The screen is the best! Uses the same charger as my Laptop.
3. Love the pen, but don't use it much.
Cons
1. I was expecting the battery life to be longer. I wake up with the phone changed and I have less than half the charge by 11 a.m. (I start my day about 5 or 6 a.m.)
2. Navigation and calling - bugs if you want to be on the phone and use google maps. (I have called support about 5 times and they still can't fix this issue.)
3. Wished the magnet in the back was stronger. I have to use a case with a stronger magnet.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very solid phone and upgrade from the Note

I had this phone for a few months and I'm pretty satisfied overall. I would prefer that the facial recognition for device unlock to perform a bit better, as I cannot be recognized some of the time. My Iphone I have for work, has a way better working facial recognition for unlocking, even in low light. Compared to my previous Note 10+, the battery on the S22 Ultra isn't bad, though sometimes I observed that the battery drained quicker than others, even after app/processing optimization. I overall enjoy the features, performance and design of the phone.

Back is REALLY slippery

I've had this phone since the day out came out. If you're not a phone case person like me you'll have to suffer from how slippery the back of this phone is. My solution was to put a screen protector on the back. This is really the only complaint I have about the phone.

Nice Phone

I got mine about 6 weeks ago and it was amazing. Love the feel and the functions. The only problem is the battery life sucks. With a full charge, the battery only lasts about 10 to 12 hours. Hands down the 21 Ultra was the best.

Water detection errors all the time

Nice phone 3 phones with water detection errors. Had to buy a new plug. Didn't work, still got the errors. Will charge with wireless charger. That is not always possible.

I was hesitant to buy the galaxy s22 ultra because of the reviews. Now I'm glad I did purchase this phone. The battery last a good while and the new features are awesome. Best phone ever!!
