[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I preordered this phone 4 months ago, and today im still as impressed as i was when i unboxed it. This zoom on the camera is pretty amazing. Far surpasses any iphone camera ive seen. My friends are always surprised that i have an android phone with that much zoom. Also the new portrait mode on this thing is comparable with the iphone. The editing is so awesome. You can just remove things from pictures u have taken. Scary stuff lol..
I bought an otterbox for this phone and ive dropped it a thousand times at this point, everythings like new still. Love the pen, ive never had one before but i love using it for certain tasks, very precise. The charger for this thing charges my phone in about 35mins. Its awesome.
The fact that this phone will continue to get android OS upgrades over the next 5 years is an amazing plus for me. As i plan on having this phone for the next 10 years hopefully.
I was kind of forced into getting a new phone and after alot of research, this was the phone i landed on. So glad i made this choice.
My one con is the RAM. I wish it had more bc it can get a bit slow if ur running too many things at once, which i rend to do because of my profession. But its not as bad as i initially thought itd b. It kind of reminds me that i need to close some things up im not using, which isnt always a bad thing. I believe that in the long run, thatll actually help me preserve this bad boy and its battery.
Love the phone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm a long time Motorola user who has grown tired of the poor updates. I buy my phones retail and this one was very expensive. However, with the 4/5 year update promise, I can make this last as long as 2 phones. So I decided to give it a chance.
I'm glad I did. I've never had a phone that was this quick. The camera takes great photos. The zoom is incredible. I tried doing the moon pic thing and got an incredible shot through a window! Being this is my first Samsung, I don't use a lot of Samsung apps, but Dex has been fantastic and runs better than some the PCs I use. I've found that the S-Pen is not essential, but it is nice to have.
The only real issue I've had is the compatibility issue with the ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and tempered glass screen protectors, but it's a minor thing overall. I see myself being happy with the phone for years to come.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this phone when it first came out in March. If I expectations from Samsung. They did not disappoint. Beautiful screen. More cameras than I know what to do with!(I really enjoy being able to get super close up camera shots now without blurriness!) Exceptional downloading and organization. Added bonuses is the stylus. Something I'm new to but I'm quickly adapting. If you owned Samsung before, this upgrade is well worth it.:-)

Awesome Camera!

I love taking pictures and have been using s10plus prior to this phone. I never really made use of the zoom until recent trips where i found it to be very useful, the quality is awesome for the distance taken.
I'm one of those people who uses the stylus for notes on the go, i love that i can take the stylus out any time and start taking notes.
Battery life has also been great, i travel frequently and listen to music a lot as i go. From a full charge, i was able to use it for 14 hours travel time (heavy texting, a few calls, music, 1 movie on a small plane.) And still arrive with 17% left without plugging in throughout the trip.

This is a great upgrade from my S10+5G

I have had this phone for almost 2 months and have never been happier. Once the phone recognized how and what I use the phone for on a daily basis the battery has not let me down. I have battery protection on (because I plan on keeping it for a while) so it only charges to 85% and I usually plug it in at the end of the night around 50%, but never less than 30%. The camera is amazing, and the pen is very useful for me to take quick notes from when the screen is locked. The phone is very powerful and love having 12gb of ram, considering I'm usually running at 8gb of use regularly. SAMSUNG DEX is so cool and I highly recommend looking into that if you haven't already! Great Job Samsung... keep up the great work.
