Too Much Automation

Key business apps pre-loaded in its out-of-the-box configuration, which was convenient, but there is too much automation.
Operating system updates automatically load nefarious, third-party gaming apps. Must turn off automatic "application updates" within the phone's settings, Samsung app store settings, and any other app stores (i.e. Google) that may be loaded on your device.
If connected via Bluetooth to most cars, will automatically text anybody who texts you, regardless of whether or not you are using your phone. Must remove texting permission from every individual Bluetooth device within the phone's settings.
An unidentified, pre-loaded app keeps automatically turning on my display's "Always On" feature after it is charged. Until I can identify which app or setting is causing this, everyday I must manually turn off this feature in my settings otherwise my screen will stay on all day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I had a Google Pixel phone that just died on me without any warning. I'm glad I switched to the S24. Easy to set up. Just logged into my Gmail and everything appeared without having to transfer info from my old dead phone. Haven't really tried out the AI stuff yet. Love he way it integrates seamlessly with my Galaxy watch5, TV and Buds pro 2. Not going back to a Google phone.
