I have been an avid samsung user, and owns so many samsung device. I must say I am disappointed with this specific one. I had galaxy buds plus earlier and they were awesome both with sound and fit, but these are terrible fit and sound not half as good as my previous. I hope something can be done about this.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ear infection

Bought those on April. It starting to give me ear irritation, I thought it was temporary symptoms but it continues to happen as I used. So, I contacted Samsung and sent buds 2 pro to them and also sent the picture of both of my ears where you can see clearly infected and swollen l. But, they rejected claim only because I didn't see doctor with my symptoms....

The Galaxy buds 2 Pro were really nice. They had to touch sensors on the earbuds that made things really easy to use. If I had the option, I would have kept both. Seeing as I currently have some other earbuds as well.
