Great quality, comfortable, and sounds amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound is excellent on these earbuds considering they are not full over the ear headphones. I used the first Gen pro and now the second Gen pro and these are vastly superior in sound quality and comfort. I wear them at the gym and sometimes forget that they are in. I use cheaper ones for non-gym related activities and there is a noticeable difference. I recommend them for sure.

Good integration but lacks sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Buds2 pro do not have AI functionality. The earbuds do integrate well within the samsung universe but I would like more control over sound. There's no way to customize the eq other than the few presets. The bass eq still lacks bass.

These earbuds sound great!

Buds2 pro best for life

Used on a 12 hr over seas flight noise canceling was the best slept like a baby even with a screaming child in the seat behind me
The AI is more responsive with the 2 pros making hands free operation a slick as the commercials advertise. Text and email dictation is no longer muddled with misspelled words or just wrong guesses.
Only complaint but this is industry wide. Your ai voice recognition is tweeked for male voices not female vocal ranges ... maybe add a few female ranges into the software so female users don't have to use a lower register to begin training the devices to recognize
