Great Features, But Lacking Volume

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro for a while now, and overall, they’re impressive. The design is sleek and comfortable for extended wear, and the sound quality is crisp and clear. The noise-cancellation feature works really well, blocking out background noise effectively, and the ambient sound mode is perfect for when I need to stay aware of my surroundings.The touch controls are intuitive, and I appreciate the seamless connection with my Galaxy devices. Battery life is solid, lasting through my workday without needing a charge, and the compact charging case is convenient for on-the-go use.However, the one drawback is the volume. Even at maximum, they don’t get as loud as I’d like. If you’re someone who enjoys really cranking up your music or needs extra volume in noisy environments, this might be a bit of a letdown.Despite this, the overall experience is great, and I’d still recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality wireless earbuds with a strong feature set. Just keep in mind the volume limitation.

Awesome Earbuds

Comfortable and great fit!

The sound is far superior! I use them at the gym as well as at work they never fall out. Pairing them with my phone has been a game changer.

Touch controls, noise cancellation, long battery life, built in microphone... these have everything I need. Having a live translated conversation with Galaxy AI while walking around hands free is a futuristic experience, indicating and mapping out the future of mobile technology.

Wether I'm at the gym, at work, or just walking in town, they set a new standard for headphones. The sound quality is some of the best I've ever had in a pair of earbuds. There is no sound delay from the moment you put them in your ears or from when you press play on your phone. The Galaxy AI adds the extra touch to make them the best headphones on the market.
