Great noise canceling

I also love the ambient sound mode, which is great when you want to listen to your music but also need to be aware of your surroundings. My only complaint is that the buds seem to get clogged with wax rather easily.

They don't stay in my ears very well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the sound is great. They last a long time between charges, the charging case is convenient and works well. The biggest problem I have is that they fall out of my ears easily. I've tried other adapters for my ears and none seem to work well. Disappointed in how they fit.

Great sound, poor fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the audio quality of these earbuds. I'm not a fan of how "slick" they are. They are kind of hard to remove from the ear vs the Galaxy FE buds. The pause/skip feature lags as well. It's not a quick as my previous Galaxy buds 1

Better than airpods

The sound quality is impressive, with deep bass and clear highs, making my music and calls crystal clear. Overall, the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are my go-to earbuds now, providing both comfort and excellent audio performance. Excited to see what they do with Galaxy AI.
