[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my buds2 pro to listen to music and talk to my kids on the phone when I'm at work and need to be able to use my hands. The only two issues I have with them is I can't get them to answer the a phone call with touching them like I can to hang up a call or play and pause music. They also don't like to stay in my ears so I have to constantly readjust them which causes me to pause my music or accidentally hang up a phone call.

Good quality sound!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung's Bud pro 2 have been very good when it comes to the noise cancelling and sound customization. They sound quality is pretty good on these buds however, the thing that can get frustrating are the touch control. The buds don't fit quite good on my ears so I constantly have to keep readjusting them. When readjusting, with the slightest touch, the buds music will stop playing due to the sensitive touch controls.

Overpriced for average performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the Galaxy Buds2 Pro for phone calls as well as streaming.
The Buds2 Pro are reliable and easy to use for phone calls. Unfortunately, the fact there is no sidetone available (as other buds in this price range have) makes the phone experience less than optimal. Without sidetone, the wearer's voice is not transmitted through the ear buds resulting in an experience of wearing sound deadening ear plugs whenever you're speaking, rather than hearing yourself (as you do talking on the phone without buds). Disconcerting.
The buds are acceptable for streaming when you're in a space where you don't wish to intrude on other people. The sound, however, is tinny, and not as good quality as much less expensive buds. They have a tendency to fall out if you are doing anything physical while wearing them.
In both cases using the buds as phone control buttons is not easy and dropped phone calls and inadvertant pausing or ending videos is a regular possibility.
Overall, costly purchase for an underperforming product.
