[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So let's start with the pros of the headphones, the headphones take a while to charge.I'm not sure what the chart's time is.I didn't check but it's not too bad As far as noise-canceling goes, it's pretty good at noise-canceling and so much that when you're in the house and people are talking to you, you really can't hear them. They also have a feature of like ambient noise too, which allows you to pick up the other sounds that's pretty good as well. It's kind of sensitive to the touch, so if you tap the air by accident, it'll definitely hang up your calls or pause your music. So there's that side of it, too. The music quality is pretty good too. The sound quality is pretty good as well.Like I said, it's very sensitive to the touch. Negatives so far. My only issue with the headphones is that I don't have different sizes for the part that goes inside your ear. Which kind of sucks a little bit. I haven't used the ai technology because I don't need more of my information out in the world.

Great sound quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Upgraded to these from the original Galaxy buds and it was the best upgrade I could've made. The sound quality is amazing, even with ambient sounds on. The fit is better designed and they don't fall out during activities like working out.
The mic works great when I use it with Galaxy AI or Bixby. My only issue with the mic is on some calls people tell me it sounds muffled or they hear too much if my background. I'm still trying to figure out why that is.
Definitely glad I got these!

Amazing product

The buds 2 fit more comfortably in the ear and I have no concerns of them falling out while working out as well. Great sound balance and great features!

The spatial sound feature makes you feel like you're inside the media. The noise cancellation is great. The adaptive conversation mode adjust the volume when you talk. It works aimlessly with Galaxy AI hands-free. Overall great product, can't wait to see what the future holds.

A huge upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned the first gen buds and this was a huge step up. It's hard to find headphones that are reliable, look sleek, and work great. These do the job and integrate really well with my Samsung Galaxy S23.
