Buds Connection Issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I bought these buds to keep my hands free while I work and drive. I am a service technician and need my hands free for tools and repairs. I've had them for months now, and I do not have a single complaint. I have abused these buds and dropped them numerous times, and still no problem. Every day I read about new features like passive listening. I can have my buds in playing music, and still hear what's going on around me, like the buds weren't there. There's also a really cool noise cancelling mode that creeps me out a bit, cause all I can hear is my breathing and heartbeat. I just read that there will be all sorts of new features with Galaxy AI that I'm excited to explore. Any way you look at it,take it from someone that used to go through 5-8 sets of buds a year. These look like they're in it for the long haul.

Great earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While these earbuds do not have any of the Galaxy AI features that the buds 3 have, they are very well performing active noise canceling earbuds. The case still solid and is well designed. I like them. I do accidentally use touch and gesture features that I don't understand. It would be nice if maybe the earbuds would audibly guide you through using those the first time you get them.
