Between the perfect fit and the Ambient Sound mode features I couldn't ask for a better product to use at home, work, and on the go! The only reason I'd ever upgrade is to experience the new Galaxy AI! 10/10 recommend these to anyone looking for a great pair of earbuds!

Excellent sound! But perfee the buds live

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have 4 pairs of samsung Bluetooth ear buds. Three pairs are the live (beans) and one is the pro. I wear them pretty much all day that is why I have 4 pairs, and a couple times i thought i lost them only to find them under my car seat or something. The sound is perfect on the pros, and when I am on a call No one notices that I am speaking with them through the buds. That is not the case with the beans. All that said when I have the choice I go for the beans first. They are more comfortable and I never feel like they are going to fall out. The pros have not fallen out but the shape and weight I feel like they will, but maybe it's cause I'm used to the beans.

The best earbuds I've ever owned

Love 360 audio!!! The noise cancelation works great. The charging case is perfect wireless and wired charging abilities. Great battery life they haven't died on me ever I do charge them nightly though but use them multiple hours a day while on calls. Great and discreet. Ambient sound works great as well especially when on a call and trying to pay attention to what's also going on around you.

Seamless but could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these earbuds as my daily driver - work, school, gym, phone calls. They have great sound quality and are comfortable when they aren't falling out of my ears. The mic could be much better and I actually try to avoid using these for phone calls. People on the other end say I sound better when using one earbud rather than both, not sure why.
They connect seamlessly to my galaxy phone or Galaxy tablet but it can be a bit finnicky when both are in range. For example, if my buds auto connect to my phone, I can't override and manually connect on my tablet until I turn off my Bluetooth on my phone.
They have handled my sweat in the gym every day for about a year and have held up, still like new. The noise cancelling on airplanes is a game changer. I wish these, along with my S20+ got an update to use the Galaxy AI conversation translation feature.

Love them when they aren't falling out of my ear

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So, I love everything about having all things Samsung. It makes things so much easier and I like the ecosystem. My buds are a fantastic addition the features that keep me handsfree are stellar. The only issue I have is that I have little ears and the buds don't stay in my ears for very long. They are constantly falling out which means I unfortunately don't use them as much as I'd like. I used to use the ones that the FE version was made after religiously. They were so comfortable they lived in my ears all day. It's been years since I've had that experience. Even the new FE version while it mimics the feel, the quality is horrible. So I'm left to long for the good ole days. I'm excited to try the new bus pro 3, I've already pre-ordered them. Hoping to fall back in love with Samsung earbuds and experience the next generation of AI features. So let's go Samsung, I'm still a fan!
