The buds sound great, but you cannot control the volume unless you use your phone!

If you want to have your earbuds touch settings control the volume you can absolutely do so with your device. In your Galaxy Wearables App settings, under touch controls and touch and hold you can change to the volume adjustment. Once you set one side to be the volume up the other will automatically adjust to be volume down. We have provided a link to your full device manual if you want to see all options available to you with your settings. We have also included a link to the Samsung Support Team if you have questions. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are by far the best overall sounding ear buds I have personally tried. With exceptional bass and very clear mid and high range they provide a great balance between music, movies, and all your calls. The ability to find lost earbuds with the wearable app using smart things and waterproof are 2 of the things I got these for. If you decide to get these you will be happy!

The music flows loudly enough to enjoy and drown out my environment. Making it possible to get lost in whatever genre I'm listening to. Vibrating my skull to my soul with my favorite songs!

They have great bass andclear sound that let's you get lost in the music your listening to. The settings are adjustable and very easy to use. They are able to connect to multiple family members phones after you connect them once and get your settings where you want them you simply just have to open the case by your own personal device and they will connect to your phone with your settings we have mine set up to mine and my husband's phones. We love them they are easy to use and comfortable.

Great well rounded buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Been using my buds2 pro a little under a year and I'm am very impressed. The sound quality is impeccable 5/5, the ANC needs a little work but on it's a solid 4/5 and call wise with the microphones are great 4/5. I love it to death and may hang on to these for as long as they hold out. The black version is great! Definitely very stealth.
