The sound quality is excellent.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound quality is excellent. The active noise canceling works except when the noise is coming from directly behind you. The buds weight a little bit more than I would like and it's a bit too bulky. Doesn't stay in your ears when running or moving quickly i think its partially due to the weight and partially due to the design which does not have any hold to your ears themselves

The Best Earphones for My Ears!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my Buds2 Pros for roughly a year now and they are the best earphones quality and comfort wise.
My ear canals are smaller so the different branded earbuds have caused major discomfort.
The Buds2 Pro have a comforting design and great sound quality. The first time I tried them I was blown away by the clarity and bass. One thing that does happen is when doing yard work they tend to move slightly in my ears. Readjusting constantly does get tiring, but its worth it for the immersive sound!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my ear buds since February and I use this often for music, calls and watching movies. I had to change the size of the ear bud protector but the smallest one still seems not to be a perfect fit. They do still fall out my ear on occasion, but overall I like them. Sound quality is good and finding them are easy with the app.

A great product that fits perfectly in your ears

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my Samsung Galaxy buds 2 Pro for free as a promotion when I bought my s23 ultra. I've been using it ever since. It's such a Great Piece of device, it fits perfectly in my ears that's more than what I can say about other buds that I've tried in the past.
However over the course of usage within 2 to 3 months, the sound coming out of the left earbud started becoming faint. My typical usage just like I wear it 1 to 2 hours a day when I'm traveling and when I go to the gym. Samsung support team was super nice and replace the entire set for me.
I got the replacement unit a couple weeks back it's back to being amazing as usual
