Phone calls are clear as long as the other person isn't using blue tooth as well; then there's too much background audio.
Coming through on both sides.
They keep getting clogged with ear wax, even though I clean them regularly and replacing the bud covers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my buds too listen to my favorite music. I take my Rottweiler on a long walks. I'm singing too beat the band. When I get home they go in the charger. Time to clean the house. Ear buds in lol. Loud Rock and Roll or Hip Hop. At night I use them the to relax listening 2 a book. 5 🌟 buds!!!!!

Good sound quality, bad design and fit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use them in the gym during workout fire my favorite Playlist. Majority of the time when I'm at work on break, I catch myself a good movie to stream wish makes my flix more enjoyable. My calls and hands free are a bliss with the ambient sound feature. The downside of these buds is the design and fit. They don't stay in your ear canal, the ear plugs aren't big enough so they don't fit snug. If your chewing gum or eating sometimes in mid conversation they tend to slide out and I'm always have to prepare to catch them, or sometimes my hands are full and I can't react in time. If there was a larger plugs it could help.
