[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my ear buds everyday, and they're almost perfect. Only thing I would improve on is touch controls, which is sometimes too sensitive, and an unintentional touch is recognized as a "touch and hold" gesture.
Music sounds great and noise cancelation works well when needed.
Integration with the app, as well as with my Galaxy Watch is so helpful. I love being able to pause/play/volume in any way I choose, wether it's on my phone, watch or even the ear buds themselves.
I also love that with the app, I can customize my buds to my preference, such as turning voice assistant on/off, or setting the touch control buttons to my preferences.

Would definitely buy again

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried a few other options before but the buds2 pro made me decided to stay with Samsung. I use them everyday for running and at the gym, during work and for listening to music. Sound is very solid and I would definitely recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these as my primary audio source for my phone and laptop. I never leave my house without them. The quality is superb for music, videos, and games. The ANC is perfect, I use them on every plane ride I'm on to zone out and drift away into whatever I'm listening to.

Rich bass,great volume, and the noise cancelling works great...even on planes. And I fly almost every week. Get yourself a pair!

Great Fit, Punchy Sound, Very Happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from my beloved blue Galaxy Buds+ earbuds, and I was a bit worried about how the Buds2 Pro's would fit and sound. But I am extremely pleased at the good fit (I have larger ears) and very good sound quality. I tend to be very picky and use high-end headphones on my PC (Sennheisers), and these Buds2 Pro's hold up very well when I compare the sound quality on my phone versus PC.
I really like the quick changing between Active Noise Canceling, None, and Ambient (for safety when walking on a street). And I've started using the 360 Audio feature for most things. I love how the 360 Audio even makes simple speech or podcasts sound like I'm in the room. I normally don't do EQ changes, but the Dynamic EQ sounds great to me.
Protip: on your Galaxy phone, do the hearing test (search 'adapt sound' in the Settings menu) for an extra EQ adjustment to higher frequencies to make up for any hearing loss. (Another great feature by Samsung.)
Overall, I am VERY happy that I traded in my beloved Buds+ earbuds for these, and I already view my Buds2 Pro's as essential!
