Experience deteriorated after firmware updates

I initially loved the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. They were solid when I first got them; I'd say the best earbuds I have ever used. But after the last few firmware updates, they now suffer from latency and frequently audio stops/stutters. They're no longer a joy to use. In fact, the interruptions are so frequent that they are practically unusable. Sadly, I'm going to have to buy something else to replace these, and it won't be Samsung.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Practically super hearing....and muting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These have been the best quality earbuds I've ever had. The ability to enable ambient sounds adding in directional sounds and being able to suppress sound just as powerfully. Music and media has never been as comfortable and sustainable. Well done
