Good sound but uncomfortable fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had all of the galaxy buds and love them. I was excited about getting the Buds 2Pros. The sound is amazing but they get uncomfortable fast. The hard plastic hurts the ears. I'd advise samsung to make a silicon cover to fit over them to make them more "cushy" for comfort. I kept them but chose to use the more comfortable pair galaxy buds 2.

Excellent improvement from 1st gen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy buds pro2 were exactly what I was looking for. Maybe my ears are shaped funny but I have trouble keeping many earbuds in my ear but these are an excellent improvement. The greatest thing about these are the noise canceling feature, which practically eliminates most all of this outside and just makes listening to music so much more enjoyable. And then with the ambient noise I can hear most outside noises when I need do yet I don't lose any sound quality which was truly surprising. Battery life is amazing and the case hold a good charge for them too. Combining them with my Galaxy watch and the Samsung wearable app making keeps an eye on the battery life and changing settings nice and easy too.

I pick Pro & I've own Live Buds too

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned both. The Pro is so much better. My favorite part is the sound proof. Touch ear bud & hold til u hear a noise & done. The sound proof if turn on & off. Also I don't have to take the out even someone starts talking, when I turn the sound proof off, it then let's me hear the noise around me but its louder & clearer then if I take them out. Sometimes I can hear people talking louder & better then when im not using them. I believe they would be good for people hard at hearing, I know they really help me.

Live, where the Live's connection losses were apparent. The Pros
signal (within Bluetooth range) is flawless no matter what your
angle is to your phone. his is a must have for backyard work and
the driving range. The sound exceeded my expectations, as it is
crisp and covers the 20 to 20,000 Hz frequency range nicely. The
fit is adjustable with the three earhole adapters, the controls are
simplistic, and the sensors are located intelligently, which eases
the mishits for large fingers. I ordered the flat or matte black
finish buds and case. The case's finish appears more scratch
resistant and is similar in layout to the case for the Live buds, but
now has rearranged charging contacts to facilitate quick seating
and successful charging. I traded in my Buds Live and received a
discount. I will not miss them
