Slow to connect and uncomfortable

I bought these earbuds maybe 3 months ago now. The sound is good and the battery life is great but they are the most uncomfortable earbuds I've ever worn. Also they don't always make a sound when you tap the bud to pause and they don't immediately connent to my phone. I owned the 2 of the galaxy buds + that came out years ago and absolutely loved them. I didn't have any of these issues with them, they were comfortable, always chimed when I tapped to pause, and it always connected to my phone the second they opened. I had to upgrade because I lost one of them, I was hoping these would be better since they're double the price

Less Than a Year Left Earbud Has No Sound

I bought the Galaxy buds pro 2 on December 2,2022 because they are supposed to be water/sweat proof. I work out regularly and put them to the test. Well, here it is October 17,2023, less than a year and the left earbud has little to no sound. No they are saying take it to the shop for repair, how sending a replacement pair. In short don't buy these things if you plan on working out and sweating. They will fail.

The failure

Keep getting told the I sound like a computer or like I'm under water.... Took them back and got a second pair and same problem. And it only with the Bud 2 Pro... use Samsung fold 5 with the bud 2 pros... Give me back my Bud pros

I asked my wife for them as a gift for our anniversary and I'm shocked by the size, weight and most importantly, the quality of the Buds2 Pro
I simply love them and cannot wait for the 3 when they come out just to see what is the next improvement

Sounds Great but there are some issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using samsung buds plus for more than 3 years, few months ago when buds 2 pro came out I have traded my buds plus and bought buds 2 pro.
The sound, build quality and features are great but I have these issues which made me give only 3 stars*:
1. The fit. The new buds 2 pro are totally plastic designed and there no tips for support unlike in buds plus which makes my buds fall out most of the times I should always push the buds back every 10 mins which is already annoying and guess what there is more when ever I try to push my buds back into my ears the touch controls gets activated and the music will get paused this happens all the time.
2. The connectivity. I use s22 ultra but most of the times the buds doesn't connect automatically when i get the buds out of the box. I need to manually connect them by going into Bluetooth menu which is really annoying as both are from samsung the connectivity is expected to be seamless.
3. The buds don't pause when we take one or both the buds out of my ears. They dont have wear detection unlike all the other buds at this price point. I don't know why they still doesn't have this function.
4. No mutli device connectivity.
